Hoffman Motorsports regrets to announce that due to the lack of sponsorship support we will not be able to run the HMS #27 Street Stock for the 2013 racing season. If we can partner with a few more great sponsors we will try to run a limited season and we hope to return full time for the 2014 season. We would like to thank all the sponsors that have supported us and stayed with our team and we look forward to promoting your companies in the future.

Last Saturday night was not the night that Doug Hoffman and his team where looking for at Williams Grove Speedway. Hoffman lost his engine going into turn three during practice and was unable to start any racing events this weekend. The team will be working on getting the Hoffman Motorsports #27 back on the race track as soon as possible. We would like to thank all of our fans and sponsors for their support.

Doug Hoffman and his team had a better weekend this week. Doug won his heat race for the night and after starting in 10th place worked his way up to a 5th place finish. The team worked hard and Doug was able to keep the car planted to the bottom of the track to move forward.

Doug Hoffman celebrated the birth of his fifth child Doug Hoffman Jr. last Saturday night by winning the first feature of a double header. Hoffman started 10^th and was leading by the end of lap 6 and never looked back to win the race by eight car lengths despite a late race caution. Doug and his team finished the night with a 2^nd place finish in the second feature of the night to wrap up a great weekend. We would like to thank all the fans and sponsors that helped make it possible.

On a difficult track to pass on Hoffman was able to work his way up to 7th after starting 11th in the feature last Saturday night. It was a good point’s night moving Doug up into the top three in points and with a lot of racing to go Doug and his team will keep working on their car to get closer to the front.
